Subscriptions automatically renew at the selected delivery interval unless canceled by the customer. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize Jersey Love Brand to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis for future subscription orders.

Customers may manage, pause, skip, or cancel their subscription at any time through their customer account or by contacting us before their next billing date. Cancellation requests submitted after a renewal has been processed may apply to future subscription orders only.

Subscription discounts, promotional pricing, and subscriber benefits may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time at Jersey Love Brand's sole discretion. Any material changes will be communicated when required by applicable law.

If a payment cannot be successfully processed, we may attempt to reprocess the payment using the payment method on file. If payment continues to fail, the subscription may be paused, suspended, or canceled.

Subscription products are subject to availability. Jersey Love Brand reserves the right to delay, modify, substitute, or cancel subscription shipments in the event of inventory shortages, product discontinuation, supply chain disruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Prices for subscription products may change from time to time. Where required by applicable law, advance notice will be provided before changes take effect.

Except where prohibited by law, subscription charges that have already been processed are nonrefundable once an order has entered fulfillment, shipped, or been delivered.

Jersey Love Brand reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any subscription for suspected fraud, abuse of promotional offers, chargebacks, violations of these terms, or any activity deemed harmful to the business.

By enrolling in a subscription, you acknowledge that recurring charges will continue until the subscription is canceled in accordance with these terms.

AI Content Remover App

If you use our AI Content Remover mobile app, this section explains how the app handles your information — separately from the website and product practices described above.

Your photos. The app processes your photos entirely on your own device to remove metadata, including indicators that a photo was made or edited with AI. Your photos are never uploaded to, transmitted to, or stored on our servers — we have no access to the content of any photo you process in the app.

App purchases & subscriptions. The app's optional Pro subscription is billed and managed entirely through the Apple App Store — this is a separate subscription system from the Jersey Love Brand product subscriptions described above, and is not managed through your Jersey Love Brand customer account. We do not receive or store your payment card details for app purchases. To manage or cancel your app subscription, go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone.

Device permissions. The app requests access to your photo library so you can choose a photo to process. This is used only within the app to let you pick and save images — we do not scan, index, or transmit your photo library. You can revoke this permission anytime in your device Settings.

Analytics. The app does not currently use third-party analytics or advertising services. If this changes, we will update this policy before the change takes effect.
